Contest Rules and Regulations

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry with the exception of employees of Harvey Deprimer LLC, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must fill out form on company website. Each participant is allowed only one entry unless otherwise stated.

Prize: The prize is as described in the giveaway post and includes all applicable taxes and shipping fees. The prize is one free Harvey Deprimer. 

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 10 business days of the end of the giveaway. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 business hours or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the company to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except were prohibited by law.

General Conditions: The company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the giveaway. The company is not responsible for any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, software, or email, or for any other errors or problems that may occur in connection with the giveaway.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the company, its employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability, injury, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. The company’s liability is limited to the value of the prize offered in the giveaway.

Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and the company in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Privacy Policy: The company will collect personal information from participants, including their name, email address, and any other information required for entry.
The personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
The company will not share, sell, or disclose personal information to any third party without the consent of the participant, except where required by law.
Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information at any time by contacting the company.

Participants agree to release the social media platform(s) from any liability arising from or in connection with the giveaway.

Disqualification: The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the rules and regulations or who engages in fraudulent activities to obtain entries.
The company’s decision regarding disqualification is final and binding.
